Sensor - Crash Accelerometer - Front Bumper - Remove And Replace: Install

Position the sensor on the vehicle, and then install the bolt that attaches the sensor to the vehicle.
10 N.m (7.4 lbs-ft)

NOTE: Take note of the locating tab on the sensor.

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm deep socket
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
- Ratchet/torque wrench

Connect the electrical harness to the front bumper crash accelerometer sensor.
NOTE: Push the red locking tab into the connector to engage the locking mechanism. DO NOT push down or pull up on the red locking tab.

Connect 12V power. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect) .
Install the underhood storage unit. See Underhood Storage Unit (Remove And Install) .
