Shaft - Steering Column - Intermediate Upper - Remove And Replace: Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

When securing the upper intermediate shaft to the steering column, attach the upper shaft to the lower shaft for additional support, but do not install the bolt at this time.

Perform a lock-to-lock test.
