Steering Rack (LHD Dual Motor) (3rd Generation) - Remove And Replace: Removal

  1. Remove the 3rd generation front subframe assembly. See Subframe Assembly - Front (3rd Generation) (Remove and Install) .
  2. Remove the front stabilizer bar from the front subframe assembly, and then set it aside.

  3. Remove the bolt that attaches the battery pump 2 bracket to the front subframe assembly, and then remove the bracket from the subframe.

  4. Remove the bolts (x3) that attach the steering rack to the front subframe assembly, and then remove the steering rack from the subframe.
