Steering Rack (LHD Dual Motor) (2nd Generation) - Remove And Replace: Removal
- Remove the front subframe:
- Subframe Assembly - Front - 1st Generation (Dual Motor) (Remove and Install). See Subframe Assembly - Front (1st Generation) (Dual Motor) (Remove and Install)
- Subframe Assembly - Front - 2nd Generation (Dual Motor) (Remove and Install). See Subframe Assembly - Front (2nd Generation) (Dual Motor) (Remove and Install)
- Remove and discard the bolts (x3) that attach the steering rack assembly to the subframe (torque 175 N.m).CAUTION: Replace all Patchbolt(s).NOTE: Record the positions of any shims.
