Module - Restraint Control (Non-Heat Pump) Remove and Replace: Remove

- On the touchscreen, touch Controls (vehicle icon), and then touch the Software tab to display the vehicle firmware version.
- Record the vehicle firmware version.
- Remove the center console. See CENTER CONSOLE (REMOVE AND INSTALL) .
- Disconnect 12V/LV power. See 12V/LV POWER - DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
.WARNING: Make sure LV is disconnected before continuing to the next step.
- Release the locking tabs, and then disconnect the electrical harness from the restraint control module.
- Remove and discard the nuts (x3) that attach the restraint control module to the body, and then remove the module from the vehicle.NOTE: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- 2 in extension
- 1/4 in std ratchet
- 1/4 in torque wrench (installation only)
