Harness - Front End Module (2nd Generation) - Remove and Replace: Removal
NOTE:
This procedure is for vehicles built after April 24, 2019.
- Remove the front fascia assembly. See Fascia Assembly - Front (Remove and Install) .
- Disconnect the RH front crash rail electrical connector.
- Release the edge clip using a clip prytool, and then disconnect the RH side hood actuator electrical connector.
- Disconnect the RH radiator actuator electrical connector using a small flat head screwdriver.
- Disconnect the homelink module electrical connector with a small flat head screwdriver.
- Disconnect the LH accelerator sensor electrical connector using a small flat head screwdriver. Repeat this step for the RH accelerator sensor.

- Disconnect the LH horn electrical connectors. Repeat this step for the RH horn.

- Disconnect the hood latch switch electrical connector.
- Release the edge clip using a clip prytool, and then disconnect the LH side hood actuator electrical connector.
- Disconnect the LH radiator actuator electrical connector using a small flat head screwdriver.
- Disconnect the front radar electrical connector using a small flat head screwdriver.
- Disconnect the front end module harness electrical connector located on the LH side of the vehicle.
- Release the clips (x5) that attach the harness to the front end module.
- Feed the harness between the front end module assembly and the front bumper beam, and then remove the harness from the vehicle.
