Steering Angle Sensor Removal and Installation: Installation
Reverse removal procedure, noting the following points.
CAUTION:
- Install the steering angle sensor to contact coil after performing centering of contact coil.
- Install the steering angle sensor so that it does not rotate.
- Centering is conducted on new steering angle sensor, which is secured with lock pin. Remove lock pin so that steering angle sensor will not be turned when projection to contact coil cable assembly.
- There are large and small grooves and projection and make sure to fit large groove (a) to large projection (b).
