P0620 DTC DETECTING CONDITION CHART

DTC detecting condition Trouble area
DTC P0620: Generator Control Circuit 
This DTC is detected if any one of the following conditions is met.
  • Duty control signal of generator control is maximum (100%) for 10 sec. even if battery voltage is higher than 13.8 V.
  • Duty control signal of generator control is minimum (0%) for 10 sec. even if battery voltage is lower than 12.6 V and electric load is less than 16 A.

(1 D/C detection logic but MIL does not light up)
  • Generator and/or its circuit
  • ECM
