Circuit/System Verification

  1. Verify DTC P0563 is set as current.
  2. Engine running, record the voltage at the battery terminals. Observe the scan tool ECM Ignition 1 signal parameter. Voltages should not differ by more than 2 volts.
    • If greater than the specified value, replace the ECM.
