And

Mass airflow integral at rich A/F-mixture (lambda = 0.8) > 80 g

And

Monitoring sensor has not detected "rich"

==> rich voltage threshold: 0.55 V

OL:

Internal resistance of downstream oxygen sensor (Released)

> 60,000 Ω

0.376 V < downstream Oxygen sensor voltage < 0.474 V for 3 sec.
