Removal & Installation

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Raise and support vehicle. Unplug harness connector and remove HO2S from exhaust pipe.
  2. To install HO2S, coat threads with anti-seize compound. Tighten HO2S to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Connect negative battery cable. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. After installing HO2S, start engine and check for exhaust leaks.
