Removal & Installation

  1. Ensure engine is cool before removing O2S. Disconnect negative battery cable and then O2S connector.
  2. Remove O2S from manifold. To install O2S, coat threads with anti-seize compound. Tighten O2S to specification. See the TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table. Connect negative battery cable. Install exhaust manifold upper cover. After installing O2S, start engine and check for exhaust leaks.
