Power Windows Inoperative

  1. Turn ignition on. Ensure fuse is okay. Replace fuse as necessary. Locate circuit breaker. SeeFigure . Ensure battery voltage is present at both circuit breaker terminals. If voltage does not exist, inspect and repair circuit as needed. See WIRING DIAGRAM.
  2. Remove power window main switch. Using voltmeter, ensure voltage is present at harness connector Blue/White wire. If voltage does not exist, inspect and repair circuit as needed. See WIRING DIAGRAM.
  3. If voltage exists, ensure continuity exists between switch harness connector Black wire and vehicle ground.
  4. If continuity exists, replace power window main switch. If continuity does not exist, inspect and repair circuit as needed.
