Removal & Installation (Swift DOHC)

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Unplug TPS harness connector. Remove TPS from throttle body.
  2. To install TPS, reverse removal procedure. Adjust TPS. See ADJUSTMENTS article in the ENGINE PERFORMANCE Section. Torque TPS mounting screws to 31 INCH lbs. (3.5 N.m).
