Removal & Installation

  1. Ensure engine is cool before removing oxygen sensor. Disconnect negative battery cable and oxygen sensor connector.
  2. Remove oxygen sensor from manifold. To install oxygen sensor, coat threads with anti-seize compound. Tighten oxygen sensor to 33-40 ft. lbs. (45-55 N.m).
