Pick-Up Coil (Signal Generator) Resistance Test

  1. Turn ignition off. Remove distributor cap and cover. Disconnect Red and White wires from ignitor.
  2. Measure resistance across signal generator Red and White wires. Resistance should be 130-190 ohms.
