Android Auto Cannot Be Connected (Wireless Connection)
Probable cause:
Smartphone malfunction, unit body malfunction
- CHECK THE WIRELESS CONNECTION

Is Bluetooth connected correctly?
Is the check result OK?
Yes : Go to 2.
No : It is possible that the Bluetooth connection was not normal. Refer to owner's service information and connect Bluetooth.
- CHECK ANDROID DEVICE
.
Restart the Android device, and connect it again.
Does it start properly?
Yes : Currently no failure is found.
No : Go to 3.
- CHECK ANDROID DEVICE
.
Delete the Android registration information on both the Android device and the center display, register Android again, and then connect it again.
Does it start properly?
Yes : Currently no failure is found.
No : Go to 4.
- CHECK ANDROID DEVICE
.
Connect another Android device.
NOTE: For supported standards, refer to owner's service information.Does it start properly?
Yes : Android device which cannot be connected might be faulty.
No : Go to 5.
- CHECK ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITION
.
Check if any external devices which emit strong electromagnetic waves and noises, such as a radio antenna, is installed inside the vehicle.
Check that no such device is installed. Is the result OK?
Yes : Replace the cockpit control module. Ref. to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>COCKPIT DISPLAY .
No : Remove the external device and perform the inspection from step 2 again. Go to 2.
If the problem is not resolved, replace the cockpit control module. Ref. to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>COCKPIT DISPLAY .
