Stabilizer Bushing

CAUTION: Install the rubber bushing stabilizer rear so that the slit does not shift to the right or left.
  1. Before installation, check the rubber bushing stabilizer rear for abnormal cracks, damage or fatigue. If any is found, replace the part with a new one.
  2. Install the rubber bushing stabilizer rear.
  3. Install the clamp stabilizer.

    Tightening torque: 

    30 N.m (3.1 kgf-m, 22.1 ft-lb)

  4. Using new bolts, install the bracket COMPL stabilizer.
    CAUTION: To prevent damage to the vehicle body, place a cloth, etc. between the bracket COMPL stabilizer and the vehicle body. After tightening nuts to specified torque, be sure to remove the cloth, etc.

    Tightening torque: 

    35 N.m (3.6 kgf-m, 25.8 ft-lb)

  5. Install the rear wheels. Ref. to WHEEL AND TIRE SYSTEM>TIRE AND WHEEL>INSTALLATION .
