Fuel Lid: Installation

  1. Install the saucer COMPL.
    NOTE: Securely install the rubber portion of the saucer COMPL to the fuel filler pipe assembly.
  2. Install the fuel filler pipe.

    Tightening torque: 

    7.5 N.m (0.8kgf-m, 5.5ft-lb)

  3. Install a new ring clip.
  4. Install the fuel filler pipe protector.
  5. Install the fuel filler cap.
  6. Install the flap outer.
  7. Install the lock assembly fuel and connect the connector.
    1. Install the lock assembly fuel.
    2. Connect the connector.
    3. Install the remote opener lever.
  8. Install the trunk trim panel side RH. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>TRUNK ROOM TRIM>INSTALLATION .
  9. Install the mud guard rear RH. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>MUD GUARD>INSTALLATION .
  10. Install the rear wheel RH. Ref. to WHEEL AND TIRE SYSTEM>TIRE AND WHEEL>INSTALLATION .
  11. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
