Engine Cooling System: Radiator: Disassembly

  1. Remove the condenser assembly. (When removed together with the condenser assembly) Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER>CONDENSER>REMOVAL .
  2. Remove the radiator fan and fan motor assembly. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO)>RADIATOR FAN AND FAN MOTOR ASSEMBLY>REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the radiator inlet hose. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO)>RADIATOR HOSE>REMOVAL>RADIATOR INLET HOSE .
  4. Remove the radiator outlet hose. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO)>RADIATOR HOSE>REMOVAL>RADIATOR OUTLET HOSE .
  5. Remove the radiator gasket. (CROSSTREK (WILDERNESS) model)
    NOTE: This operation is required only when replacing the radiator gasket.
