Cockpit Display: Removal

NOTE: Components: Ref. to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>GENERAL DESCRIPTION>COMPONENT>CENTER INFORMATION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY .
  1. When replacing the cockpit control module, store the [Cockpit Control] customizing information. Ref. to COCKPIT CONTROL (DIAGNOSTICS)>CUSTOMIZE .
  2. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  3. Remove the driver monitoring unit. (Model with driver monitoring system) Ref. to INSTRUMENTATION/DRIVER INFO>DRIVER MONITORING UNIT>REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the panel assembly center. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>CENTOR CLUSTER>REMOVAL .
  5. Remove the center information display assembly.
    1. Remove the bolt.

    2. Release the clips.
    3. Pull out the center information display assembly toward you.

    4. Disconnect connectors.
    5. Remove the center information display assembly.
  6. Remove the data communication module. (Model with telematics) Ref. to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>DATA COMMUNICATION MODULE>REMOVAL>DATA COMMUNICATION MODULE .
  7. Remove the cockpit control module. Ref. to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>COCKPIT DISPLAY>DISASSEMBLY .
