Backup Battery

NOTE: Components: Ref. to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>GENERAL DESCRIPTION>COMPONENT>DATA COMMUNICATION MODULE .
  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  2. Remove the data communication module. Ref. to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>DATA COMMUNICATION MODULE>REMOVAL>DATA COMMUNICATION MODULE .
  3. Remove the backup battery.
    1. Using TORX® T10, remove the cap screw.
    2. Remove the battery cover.
    3. Disconnect the connector.
    4. Remove the backup battery.
