Entertainment System: Audio: Removal

  1. When replacing the audio assembly, store the [Infotainment] customizing information. Ref. to COMMON (DIAGNOSTICS)>CUSTOMIZE>OPERATION > SAVE SETTINGS / READ SETTINGS
  2. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  3. Remove the grille ventilation assembly center. Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER>AIR VENT GRILLE>REMOVAL>CENTER GRILLE .
  4. Remove the panel center UPR.
    1. Release the clips and claws, then detach the panel center UPR.

  5. Remove the audio assembly.
    1. Remove the screws.
    2. Release the clips and disconnect each connector, and then remove the audio assembly.

  6. Remove the data communication module. (Model with telematics) Ref. to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>DATA COMMUNICATION MODULE>REMOVAL>DATA COMMUNICATION MODULE .
  7. Remove the audio bracket.
    1. Remove the screws, and then remove the audio bracket.

    NOTE: Remove the screws on RH side in the same procedure as on the LH side  .
