Center Exhaust Pipe: Installation

Install the hanger bracket to the transmission.

Tightening torque:

23 N.m (2.3 kgf-m, 17.0 ft-lb)

Set the center exhaust pipe using a new gasket.
Temporarily tighten the nuts which connect the joint pipe and the center exhaust pipe.

Install the bolt which holds the center exhaust pipe to the hanger bracket.
Tightening torque:

50 N.m (5.1 kgf-m, 36.9 ft-lb)

Tighten the nuts which connect the joint pipe and the center exhaust pipe.
Tightening torque:

42.5 N.m (4.3 kgf-m, 31.3 ft-lb)

Connect the center exhaust pipe and the rear exhaust pipe.
Tightening torque:

18 N.m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.3 ft-lb)

Install the sub frame front LWR C COMPL RH. Ref. to FRONT SUSPENSION>SUB FRAME>INSTALLATION .
Install the under cover front and the under cover COMPL front T/M. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>FRONT UNDER COVER>INSTALLATION .
