Engine Cooling System: Radiator: Assembly

  1. Attach the radiator lower gasket.
    CAUTION: Always use a new radiator lower gasket.
    NOTE: As the width is the same as with the radiator, attach it along the groove.

  2. Install the radiator outlet hose (A) and radiator inlet hose No. 2 (B).

  3. Install the radiator fan and fan motor assembly. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO)>RADIATOR FAN AND FAN MOTOR ASSEMBLY>INSTALLATION .
