Radiator Fan Relay: Inspection

  1. Check that there is no deformation, cracks or other damages.
  2. Check the resistance between terminals.
    • Main fan relay

      Terminal No. Inspection conditions Standard
      3 - 4 Always 1 MΩ or more
      3 - 4 Apply battery voltage between terminals 1 and 2 Less than 1 Ω
    • Sub fan relay

      Terminal No. Inspection conditions Standard
      3 - 4 Always 1 MΩ or more
      3 - 4 Apply battery voltage between terminals 1 and 2 Less than 1 Ω
