Radiator Main Fan and Fan Motor: Disassembly

  1. Remove the radiator fan control module (main). Ref. to COOLING (H4DOTC)>RADIATOR FAN CONTROL UNIT>REMOVAL>RADIATOR FAN CONTROL MODULE (MAIN) .
  2. Remove the bulkhead wiring harness.

  3. Remove the tie-wrap securing the fan motor (main) harness.

  4. Remove the radiator main fan from the fan motor (main).
    NOTE:

    Remove the locking agent from the thread of the fan motor (main).

  5. Remove the fan motor (main) from the radiator main fan shroud.
