DTC U0140: Lost Communication With Body Control Module

DTC detecting condition  :

When all the following conditions are met.

• Battery voltage stays at 10 V or more for longer than one second.
• CAN bus is not in sleep state.
• Not transitioned to CAN data transmission stop mode.
• When one of reception IDs of body integrated unit becomes and remains in one of the following states for 10 seconds.
  • No reception
  • Message length of reception ID is shorter than communication software definition length.
  • Message length of reception ID is longer than 8.
