Outback Model

  1. Install the cord assembly fog.
  2. Install the bumper guard front.
  3. Install the cover intake front.
  4. Install the fog light assembly front. Ref. to LIGHTING SYSTEM>FRONT FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY>INSTALLATION .
  5. Install the cover bumper side.
  6. Install the arch garnish front.
  7. Install the front grille assembly.
  8. Using new bolts and well nuts, install the base license plate.
    CAUTION: Install the base license plate while pushing it against the bumper face. If a well nut slips, the bumper face mounting hole may become deformed.

    Tightening torque: 

    1 N.m (0.1 kgf-m, 0.7 ft-lb)

  9. Install the sealing bumper front.
  10. Install the front view camera assembly. (Model with front view camera) Ref. to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>CAMERA>INSTALLATION>FRONT .
