Entertainment System: Antenna: Repair
- Clean the external circumference of antenna wire and around with alcohol or appropriate cleaning solvent.
- Paste a thin masking film on the glass along broken wire.
- Apply the repairing material on the broken portion with a drawing pen.
Preparation items:
Repairing material: DUPONT No. 4817 or equivalent
(A) Broken portion (B) Masking film (C) Repairing material - Dry out the deposited portion.
- After repair has been completed, measure the resistance in repaired wire and check that it is normal.
