Control Valve Body Harness

Install a new O-ring to the control valve body harness.
NOTE: Apply ATF to the O-ring.

Install the control valve body harness to the transmission case.
Tightening torque:

5.4 N.m (0.6 kgf-m, 4.0 ft-lb)

Attach the control valve body harness to the control valve body.

Connect the connector to each solenoid.

Install the control valve body harness to the harness clamp (A) and install the bolt.

Tightening torque:

6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)

Install the lock plate and the oil temperature sensor.
Tightening torque:

10 N.m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.4 ft-lb)

Install the oil pan. Ref. to AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION>OIL PAN>INSTALLATION .
Connect the transmission harness connector.

Remove the transmission body from the pipe or tube with approx. 125 mm (4.9 in) in inner diameter.
CAUTION: Be careful not to tip over the transmission body.

Attach the ST to the transmission body.
Preparation tool:

ST: STAND ASSY (18632AA010)
1. Attach the ST to the transmission body with a rope, etc.

Install the extension case. Ref. to AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION>EXTENSION CASE>INSTALLATION .
Install the transmission body. Ref. to AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION>TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY>INSTALLATION .
