Oil Pan Upper

  1. Remove the thermostat cover. Ref. to COOLING (H4DOTC)>THERMOSTAT>REMOVAL ENGINE SIDE .
  2. Remove the water pump assembly. Ref. to COOLING (H4DOTC)>WATER PUMP>REMOVAL>WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY .
  3. Remove the oil level switch. Ref. to LUBRICATION (H4DOTC)>OIL LEVEL SWITCH>REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the baffle plate (A).
  5. Remove the stud bolt (B).
