Leak Check Valve Assembly: Installation

  1. Install the leak check valve assembly bracket.

    Tightening torque: 

    8 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.9 ft-lb)

  2. Connect the drain tube to the leak check valve assembly. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DOTC)>FUEL DELIVERY AND EVAPORATION LINES>INSTALLATION>QUICK CONNECTOR CONNECTION (TYPE G)
  3. Install the leak check valve assembly.

    Tightening torque: 

    8 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.9 ft-lb)

  4. Connect the connector (E).
  5. Install the circulate tube (D) to the clip (C).
  6. Connect drain tube (A) and drain tube (B). Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DOTC)>FUEL DELIVERY AND EVAPORATION LINES>INSTALLATION>QUICK CONNECTOR CONNECTION (TYPE G)

  7. Lower the vehicle.
  8. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY
