Leak Check Valve Assembly: Removal

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  2. Lift up the vehicle.
  3. Disconnect drain tube A (A) and drain tube B (B). Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DO)>FUEL DELIVERY AND EVAPORATION LINES>REMOVAL>QUICK CONNECTOR DISCONNECTION (TYPE F) .
  4. Remove the circulate tube (D) from the clip (C).
  5. Disconnect the connector (E).
  6. Remove the leak check valve assembly.

  7. Disconnect the drain tube A from the leak check valve assembly. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DO)>FUEL DELIVERY AND EVAPORATION LINES>REMOVAL>QUICK CONNECTOR DISCONNECTION (TYPE F) .
  8. Remove the leak check valve assembly bracket.
