Front Suspension System And Wheel Alignment: Stabilizer: Removal: Stabilizer

Lift up the vehicle.
Remove the under cover - front. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>FRONT UNDER COVER>REMOVAL .
Remove the crossmember support - rear. Ref. to FRONT SUSPENSION>CROSSMEMBER SUPPORT>REMOVAL .
Remove the front exhaust pipe. Ref. to EXHAUST (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>FRONT EXHAUST PIPE>REMOVAL .
Remove the left and right stabilizer links (bottom part).

Remove the clamp - stabilizer bushing on the left and right sides.

  NOTE:
  The left and right clamp - stabilizer bushings of Impreza model differ in shape.

Slide the stabilizer to the right side of the vehicle.

Remove the stabilizer by moving it in the direction of arrow.
