Oil Pan: Removal

CAUTION:

Vehicle components are extremely hot immediately after driving. Be wary of receiving burns from heated parts.
If any ATF adheres to the exhaust pipe, completely wipe it off to avoid emitting smoke and causing a fire.

Remove the center exhaust pipe. Ref. to EXHAUST (H4DO)>CENTER EXHAUST PIPE>REMOVAL .
Drain the ATF. Ref. to AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION>AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID>REPLACEMENT .
Remove the oil pan.

Remove magnet (A).
NOTE: Remove the iron powder from the magnet.

Remove the oil strainer.
NOTE: Perform this procedure only when required.
