Basic Inspection

Before performing diagnosis, check the following items which might affect MFD problems.
- Check the battery. Ref. to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (H4DOTC)>Battery>INSPECTION .
- Check the main and other fuses, harnesses and connectors. Also check grounding.
- Verify the destination of the vehicle.
- Verify type of wheel-drive.
- Verify availability and grade of the head unit installed to the vehicle.
- Verify availability of EyeSight.
- Verify availability of RAB.
- Verify availability of BSD/RCTA.
