Check With SUBARU Select Monitor

  1. Using Subaru Select Monitor, select [RR Wheel Speed] and [RL Wheel Speed] from the list of Data Monitor items. Ref. to BRAKE CONTROL (DIAGNOSTICS)>DATA MONITOR .
  2. Check if the speed indicated on the display changes in the same manner as the speedometer reading during acceleration/deceleration when the steering wheel is in the straight-ahead position.
  3. If the inspection result shows that the value does not change on the sensor not marked: Place the sensor sub assembly rear that is not marked to the original position, and perform unit inspection on the sensor sub assembly rear that is marked. Ref. to VEHICLE DYNAMICS CONTROL (VDC)>Rear ABS Wheel Speed Sensor>INSPECTION>CHECK ABS WHEEL SPEED SENSOR UNIT .
