Transfer Driven Gear: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Install the transfer driven gear.
    CAUTION: Apply transmission gear oil onto sliding or revolving surfaces before installation.
  2. When the taper roller bearing or the transfer driven gear is replaced, select an appropriate adjusting washer for the transfer driven gear. Refer to MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND DIFFERENTIAL(6MT) (TY85)>EXTENSION CASE>ADJUSTMENT .
  3. Install the extension case. Refer to MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND DIFFERENTIAL(6MT) (TY85)>EXTENSION CASE>INSTALLATION .
  4. Install the manual transmission assembly to the vehicle. Refer to MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND DIFFERENTIAL(6MT) (TY85)>MANUAL TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY>INSTALLATION .
