PCV Hose Assembly: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Install the PCV hose assembly to the cylinder block RH, and install the clamp using the Clamp pincer (14100134).
    NOTE: Use a new clamp.

  2. Install the secondary air pipe RH. Refer to EMISSION CONTROL (AUX. EMISSION CONTROL DEVICES) (STI)>SECONDARY AIR COMBINATION VALVE>INSTALLATION>SECONDARY AIR COMBINATION VALVE RH .
  3. Install the water tank pipe assembly and water pipe assembly.

    Tightening torque: 

    6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)

  4. Install the intake manifold. Refer to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (STI)>INTAKE MANIFOLD>INSTALLATION .
  5. Install the engine to the vehicle. Refer to MECHANICAL(STI)>ENGINE ASSEMBLY>INSTALLATION .
