Front Fender: Removal

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY
  2. Remove the bumper face front. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>FRONT BUMPER>REMOVAL>BUMPER FACE
  3. Remove the clip, and remove the cover fender UPR.

  4. Remove the bracket side front. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>FRONT BUMPER>REMOVAL>BUMPER BRACKET
  5. Remove the light assembly head. Ref. to LIGHTING SYSTEM>HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY>REMOVAL
  6. Remove the cowl panel side. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>COWL PANEL>REMOVAL
  7. Remove the mud guard front. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>MUD GUARD>REMOVAL
  8. Remove the spoiler assembly side sill. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>SIDE GARNISH & SIDE SPOILER>REMOVAL
  9. Remove the garnish assembly fender.
    CAUTION:

    Do not reuse the garnish assembly fender.

  10. Remove the cover A pillar assembly. Ref. to EXTERIOR BODY PANELS>DOOR SASH (TAPE/MOLDING)>REMOVAL>COVER A PILLAR ASSEMBLY 
  11. Remove the clip, and remove the cover fender LWR. (CVT model)
    NOTE:

    Pull out toward mud guard front.

  12. Remove the bolts and nuts, and remove the fender front.
