Rear Seat: Disassembly

Remove the rear seat. Refer to SEATS>REAR SEAT>REMOVAL .
Remove the headrest assembly - rear backrest.

Remove the armrest assembly - rear center. (Models with armrest)

Remove the cover - armrest by pulling it in the direction of the arrow (black).

Remove the screws and remove the armrest assembly - rear center.

NOTE: The armrest assembly - rear center cannot be detached unless pin positions on the RH side of the backrest assembly and on the center side of the armrest assembly - rear are aligned.

Remove the knob - backrest. (Screw-in type)

Remove the clips on the backside of the cover COMPL - rear backrest LH.

Detach the plastic fastener at the bottom of backrest assembly LH and turn over the cover COMPL - rear backrest LH.

Remove the plastic hooks on the back side of the backrest assembly LH.

Remove the lock assembly - rear backrest rear LH.
CAUTION: Be careful of burrs on the panel edges.

Remove the bushing - headrest and the bushing - lock assembly.

Remove the pad assembly - main LH from the frame assembly - rear backrest LH.
Remove the hog rings (A) and wire clip (B), then remove the cover COMPL - rear backrest LH.

Referring to the above steps, disassemble the backrest assembly RH.
Remove the hog rings (A) on the back side of the rear seat cushion assembly.
