Radiator Fan And Fan Motor Assembly: Disassembly

  1. Remove the radiator fan harness.

  2. Remove each radiator fan control unit.

  3. Remove the main fan motor harness and the sub fan motor harness.

  4. Remove the radiator main fan and radiator sub fan.
    CAUTION: Nuts with reverse threads are used for securing radiator main fan and radiator sub fan. Therefore, rotate them in the clockwise direction when removing.
    NOTE: Remove locking agent from the thread of the main fan motor and the sub fan motor.

  5. Remove the main fan motor and the sub fan motor.

  6. Remove the radiator fan shroud gasket LH and the radiator fan shroud gasket RH.
    NOTE: Perform this procedure only when required.
