Radiator Fan And Fan Motor Assembly: Assembly

Install new radiator fan shroud gasket LH and radiator fan shroud gasket RH.

Install the main fan motor and the sub fan motor.
Tightening torque:

4 N.m (0.4 kgf-m, 3.0 ft-lb)

Install the radiator main fan and the radiator sub fan.
CAUTION:
- Always use new nuts (with locking agent).
- Nuts with reverse threads are used for securing radiator main fan and radiator sub fan. Therefore, rotate them in the counterclockwise direction when installing.
Tightening torque:

5 N.m (0.5 kgf-m, 3.7 ft-lb)

Install the main fan motor harness and the sub fan motor harness.

Install each radiator fan control module.
Tightening torque:

3.8 N.m (0.4 kgf-m, 2.8 ft-lb)
