Parking Brake Switch: Removal

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
    NOTE: Release the shift lock and shift the select lever to the "N" position. Ref. to CONTROL SYSTEMS>SELECT LEVER>REMOVAL .
  2. Remove the cover assembly front. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>CONSOLE BOX>REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the cord assembly console from the switch assembly EPB.
    1. Disconnect the harness connector.
    2. Release the clamp.

  4. Remove the screws to remove the switch assembly EPB.
