Back-Up Light Bulb: Removal

CAUTION:
  • Use a dry clean cloth so that no grease or water adheres to the glass portion of the bulb.
  • Do not leave the light assembly finisher rear without the bulb for a long time. Dust, moisture, etc. entering the light may affect its performance.
  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to GROUND TERMINAL REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove the cap rear gate.

  3. Rotate in the direction of arrow shown in the figure to remove the bulb socket.

  4. Remove the back-up light bulb.
