Air Cleaner Case: Installation
- Install the air cleaner case (front).
Tightening torque:
Bolt
6 N.m (0.6 kgf-m, 4.4 ft-lb)
Nut
7.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)
- Install the nut to secure the inverter front water pipe to the bracket. (Hybrid model)
Tightening torque:
7.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)
- Install the air cleaner element and the air cleaner case (rear). Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>AIR CLEANER ELEMENT>INSTALLATION .
- Connect the air intake boot.
Tightening torque:
3 N.m (0.3 kgf-m, 2.2 ft-lb)
- Connect the connector to the mass air flow and intake air temperature sensor, and secure the harness with clip.
- Install the air intake duct. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>AIR INTAKE DUCT>INSTALLATION .
- Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
NOTE:
For the hybrid model, connect the battery negative terminal.
