Detect the slow response of lean → rich for rear oxygen sensor output.

After the deceleration fuel cut has recovered, detect the trouble by calculating the time when the rear oxygen sensor output passes through the predetermined range of voltages.

Judge as NG when the rear oxygen sensor output voltage is less than the threshold value when the response time is more than the threshold value.
