Rear Door Glass: Installation

Install the glass assembly rear door and hold it at the upper end position.
CAUTION:
- Avoid impact and damage to the glass assembly - rear door .
- Move the sash assembly rear lower with minimal motion to remove the glass assembly rear door. The double-sided tape on the cover C pillar assembly rear may come off .
Install the sash assembly rear lower.
CAUTION: Turn over the running channel rear door and lightly pull the cover C pillar assembly rear in the arrow direction, then visually check that the doublesided tape does not come off. If it comes off, replace the cover C pillar assembly rear with a new part .

1. Tighten the bolts and nuts on the upper and lower sides of the sash assembly rear lower.
Tightening torque:

7.5 N-m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)
Install the regulator and motor assembly rear. Ref. to GLASS/WINDOWS/MIRRORS>Rear Regulator and Motor Assembly>INSTALLATION .
Install the rear sealing cover. Ref. to EXTERIOR BODY PANELS>Sealing Cover>INSTALLATION>REAR SEALING COVER .
Install the trim panel rear door. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Door Trim>INSTALLATION .
Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
Check the glass assembly rear door operation.
