Rear Wiper Motor: Installation

Check that the mark on the cap pivot wiper faces up.

Install the motor assembly rear wiper, and connect the connector.
1. Install the bolts, and install the motor assembly rear wiper.
  Tightening torque:
  
  7 N.m (0.7 kgf.m, 5.2 ft.lb)
2. Connect the connector of the motor assembly rear wiper.
Install the arm assembly rear wiper.
1. Install the nuts, and install the arm assembly rear wiper.
  Tightening torque:
  
  8 N.m (0.8 kgf.m, 5.9 ft.lb)
2. Install the cover rear wiper arm.
Install the rear gate trim. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Rear Gate Trim>INSTALLATION .
Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
